About the Author
Dee Overduin, a Texas resident, was born in the Netherlands and raised in Canada. She became a Certified General Accountant in 1976 and held top executive positions in the corporate world. In 1985 she traded the high pressure financial world for the chance to build her hobby of paper tole into a viable business enterprise. When her husband took a position with the Texas A & M system, she emigrated to Texas where she again became a paper tole entrepreneur.
While building here business in Commerce, Texas, she received her Masters in Business Administration from Texas A & M University-Commerce. She is also studying Spanish and in 1998 attended Spanish Language Schools in Spain.
She has been teaching paper tole for the past fourteen years, to hundreds of students of all ages and nationalities. Her web site generates business from all over the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
The idea of writing a book was the direct result from the many inquiries from people on the web.
