About the Author
Suss Cousins, the author of two previous knitting books, grew up in Sweden, where her grandmother taught her to knit. After moving to New York in 1982, she tended bar by night and knit sweaters by day. Her knitwear took off, and before long she was designing sweaters for celebrities from Bill Cosby to Heavy D to Julia Roberts. Movies like Shall We Dance?, The Matrix, Master and Commander, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas and TV shows like Friends, Gilmore Girls, and Will and Grace have featured Suss’s unique knitwear.
