About the Author
Rosie Ramiro grew up on a farm in Manoa Valley, surrounded by fruit trees and flowering plants that inspired the designs in this volume of Hawaiian Scrapbooking. A graduate of Roosevelt High School and the University of Hawaii, she has been a school counselor for fifteen years and is a member of the Sweet Adelines barbershop chorus. She enjoys a variety of crafts, but especially likes talking story with family and friends as she creates scrapbooks.
Kawohi Tuasivi grew up in Papakolea, Oahu. A graduate of the Kamehameha Schools, the University of Hawaii, and Chaminade University, she is a behavorial specialist with the Hawaii Department of Education and has been a consultant for a national scrapbooking company. A lifelong love for music, hula, and art and her travels with Kamehameha Schools performing arts groups inspired her to preserve picture-perfect moments with family and friends.
