Prior to opening her own salon, she was employed at Cosmetology Careers Unlimited where she held various positions, including styles director, licensed instructor of cosmetology, school director (CCV Duluth) and corporate director of special programs. She has taught advanced classes in haircoloring, color, permanent waving, styling, motivation, client relations, and more.
