About the Author
Catherine Cash has been involved with slipper orchids for over 20 years and was co-founder of the Piedmont Carolinas Orchid Society. An ardent conservationist, she has a deep commitment to the preservation of threatened habitats where so many orchids are in imminent peril of extinction. She lives in Blacksburg, South Carolina.
