About the Author
Julie D. Taylor is a freelance architecture and design writer who lives in Beverly Hills, California. She is the principal and founder of her own firm Taylor & Company, which provides marketing, public relations, and communications services to design professionals, manufacturers, and organizations in the fields of architecture, design and furnishings. As a former magazine editor for Designer's West she is well known in the design field. She currently is a contributing editor to Patioscapes, and has written articles for Contract Design, Interior Design, Interiors, LA Architect and the Los Angeles Business Journal among others.
