About the Author
Paula DeSimone is recognized for her accomplishments in the decorative-arts movement. She is director of the Decorative Painting Certificate Program at Rhode Island School of Design, Continuing Education, in Providence and also teaches courses in decorative arts at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, the Fuller Museum of Art, and the DeCordova Museum, all in Massachusetts.
Ms. DeSimone is author of The Decorative Painter's Color Shaper Book and is coauthor with Pat Stewart of Brush, Sponge, Stamp, both from Rockport Publishers.
