About the Author
Kristen Richards is a senior editor at Home Furnishings Daily and High Points magazines in New York City. She spent ten years as news editor and feature writer for Interiors magazine, and as a freelance journalist and photographer for national and international design and business publications. Prior to that she was a fine arts dealer to the design industry. When not seeking out the hottest new designers and projects, she gardens her Manhattan window boxes with her cats at her side.
