About the Author
Frances Halliday earned an honors degree in Fine Art from Birmingham Polytechnic and went on to become a muralist before opening her own interior design business. She is a regular contributor to Homes & Gardens and other magazines, where her work is distinguished by a strong use of color and bold pattern.
