The present monograph is the first, since 1848, to be entirely devoted to the study of the cereal offerings. Its purpose is to attract attention to a form of sacrifice which was largely neglected and solely considered as an appendix to the animal sacrifice. The study of their substance, ritual and the circumstances in which the cereal offerings are brought to God demonstrates their great complexity as well as their specific function. His vegetarian utopia has led P to give the cereal offerings a prominent place among the sacrifices. A similar appreciation of the cereal offerings is also found among the Essenes, and, finally, in the Christian Last Supper. FR Cette monographie est la premiere, depuis 1848, a etre entierement consacree a l'etude des offrandes vegetales. Elle se propose d'attirer l'attention sur une forme de sacrifice qui n'a generalement ete consideree que comme un simple appendice au sacrifice animal. L'etude de la matiere des offrandes vegetales, de leur rituel, des circonstances au cours desquelles elles sont offertes permet de mettre en evidence la tres grande complexite de ce type d'offrande et de demontrer que les offrandes vegetales remplissent une fonction specifique dans le systeme sacrificiel. Les offrandes vegetales occupent une place particulierement importante ches P qui en fait le point culminant de son systeme sacrificiel, ceci en relation avec son utopie vegetarienne. Cette valorisation des offrandes vegetales aboutira, a travers l'essenisme, a la Cene chretienne.
