Editorial Reviews
Child magazine, May 2001
Oh, Baby! is "so organized that you don't have to be. Even the busiest parents will find it easy to record milestones or tuck in a lock of hair.”

From the Author
When I had my daughters, I couldn't find a stylish baby book to record their milestones and favorites. I was not interested in old-fashioned, cutesy baby books, heavy on bunnies, bears, and pastels. I was frustrated by their hard-to-follow layout, lengthy prompts, and one-line fill-ins. I longed for something more updated in design and illustration, better organized, and more spacious.

So when my publisher approached me to write a stylish new baby journal, I jumped on the idea. I was thrilled to work with Theresa Case, whose simple, vivid, illustrations stand out from the rest. Nina Barnett's clean and contemporary design tied Theresa and my work together beautifully.

I called on many moms to help me organize the content of Oh, Baby! in a complete, logical, and practical way. In writing the text, I chose to minimize words to allow more room for entries. Oh, Baby! reminds busy parents to jot down important measurements and firsts, to note interesting stories and favorites, to display funny and adorable pictures, and to store cherished mementos. In short, it helps them tell the one-of-a-kind story of their child's first year.

Oh, Baby! will stand the test of time and become a wonderful keepsake. It's a great baby gift for expectant or new parents.
