Book Description
Thanks to false accusations of domestic violence made by my ex-wife, my life - and that of everyone else around me - was turned completely upside down. It did not matter that I did absolutely nothing wrong and that my ex-wife was lying. The mere fact that she made the claim was damage enough. Most people in this great country of ours are under the misconception that you are INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY. Well that is just not the case when it comes to domestic violence. Murderers and drug dealers are given more rights. During the whole ordeal, I was verbally abused and threatened by a judge, verbally and physically accosted by police officers, criticized by DYFS officials, shown the door by school officials and even turned away by some life-long friends. No parent - man or woman - should ever have to go through the ordeal I went through. No child should have to be put through the emotional turmoil brought upon my children, Eddie and Beckie, who at times, proved to be more resilient than me. This is our story.
