The original version was written in 1994 as a gift and never intended for publication. To honor the author, the family published the work with additional photographs from family albums and presented the finished book on her 60th birthday.
About the Author
Lana McPherson Sabin (Mom) is now retired and lives in Sugar Land, Texas with her husband of over thirty-eight years. Grandmother to seven adoring children, her house is a second home to many little visitors. For Lana, there is always a home decorating project in the works. There isn't a friend or family member whose home has not been graced with her talents. Whether enjoying the view from the back of a Harley Davidson with her husband, or relaxing to the quieter rumblings of her sewing machine, Lana wastes no time living life. Giving equal time to family and friends in all parts of the country, she is constantly on the move. Her way of life continues to provide a distinct feeling of warmth and comfort to those around her.
